Record-keeping system manages medical data

Record-keeping system manages medical data: "Like many senior citizens, 82-year-old Phyllis Buddine takes a variety of medications.

Remembering each prescription and her long medical history used to be a source of stress for the Marlton woman, especially when she visited a new doctor or the hospital.

Now her medical appointments are easier. Her daughter, Wendy Buddine of Haddon Heights, developed a computer-based medical record-keeping system, transferring her mother's information onto a neat, wallet-sized card. During medical appointments, Phyllis simply presents her card."
